Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for any cancellation or rescheduled appointment.
If you are unable to give 48 hours notice, your card on file will be charged for 50% of your service and it will need to be paid before rebooking.
No shows will be charged 100% of service. By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging & agreeing to these policies.
If you are more then 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and a rebooking fee may be enforced by the individual Stylist.
